Mechanic-dynamic tests

Mechanical-dynamic tests simulate vibrations, shocks, and drop loads as experienced by technical products in use. They enable the evaluation of structural stability, material fatigue, and functional reliability under mechanical stress.

Depending on the requirements, individual components or assemblies are tested, including, upon request, functional testing during and after the load test. Vibration and shock tests in different directions, as well as combined methods for realistically simulating complex loads, can be employed. For particularly demanding applications, climatic conditions can be integrated.

Our accredited testing laboratory offers, among other things, the following testing procedures:
- Vibration, sinusoidal testing acc. to DIN EN 60068-2-6
- Vibration, broadband random testing acc. to DIN EN 60068-2-64
- Combined climatic and dynamic tests acc. to DIN EN 60068-2-53
- Mixed mode testing acc. to DIN EN 60068-2-80, ISO 16750-3
- Vibration and shock testing for railway applications acc. to DIN EN 61373
- Tilt and free fall tests acc. to DIN EN 60068-2-31
