Rollers and Wheels Coatings
Wheels and rolls in general We coat different rollers & wheels with our special PUR formulations to have the appropriate wheel for every each application PUR wheel coatings adhere to metal base bodies as well as to plastics such as GRP, CRP, polyamide, POM or PUR of a high degree of hardness (two- layer structure). We produce PU wheel coatings especially tailored to our customer´s needs in industrial application, for example driving wheels, heavy-duty wheels, forklift tyres, friction wheels, feed wheels, hold-down wheels, band saw wheels, pump wheels, pulleys, and many more rubberised wheels and rolls. We also coat your existing or new wheel base bodies. If necessary, we also offer complete wheels or complete rolls including ball bearings and services such as assembly and disassembly of ball bearings. For this, we use a broad range of PUR formulations, including Vulkollan. The hardness varies from 10 Shore A to 75 Shore D. Asma would be pleased to develop PU wheel coatings according your needs.

Rotational moulding process
Rotational Moulding Our company utilises state-of-the-art rotational moulding technology, also known as rotomoulding, to turn your individual ideas and visions into reality. We focus on producing large-volume rotational moulded products where quality and precision are our top priorities. The rotational moulding process enables us to fill specially made moulds with plastic powder and heat it using a biaxial rotational movement. This causes the plastic powder to melt on the inside of the mould and form the desired hollow body. After cooling in special cooling stations, the finished plastic part is carefully removed and prepared for further finishing. With our many years of experience and our extensive expertise in plastics processing, we can guarantee you first-class results. SDF series - The new shaft seal for trouble-free operations. The SDF series seals reliably, minimizes product loss, leakage and wear, has a long service life and is easy to install and clean. The sealing material used is food-grade.
Fine material products, such as dusts and powders, as well as liquids or liquid-solid mixtures place special demands on the sealing of a shaft. The new SDF Series - STASSKOL DynamicSeal Faceseal - has been developed specifically for this purpose. The seal can generally be used in all mechanical systems with a shaft. The task of a seal in these machines is to reliably seal the agitator shaft, minimize mixing losses and protect the mixing material from contamination. It should also prevent medium from entering the bearings and causing damage there. In summary, the aim is to ensure trouble-free operation of the plant and thus of the entire process. The STASSKOL DynamicSeal Faceseal combines the advantages of the known shaft seals without compromising on functionality. The axially contacting sealing surface minimizes leakage. The large radial clearance in the sealing chamber makes it possible, to maintain the sealing function even if the shaft runs highly out of round by up to 4 mm. The bearing of the sealing rings on the elastic inner component ensures contact at the dynamic sealing surfaces even in the case of misalignment between shaft and housing, effectively preventing leakage. The use of sealing gas also ensures that if particles unexpectedly enter the sealing gap, they are blown out again. This greatly extends the service life of the STASSKOL DynamicSeal Faceseal. In order to obtain optimum properties with regards to temperature development, wear and strength in the area of application, STASSKOL developed the new material SK933 for the sealing rings. The minimalist design with few components enables easy, quickly and safely assembly, disassembly and cleaning at the point of use. All sealing elements and the housing are axially separable so that the seal can be mounted around the shaft without having to remove bearings and other attachments. In addition, the elastic inner component has a specially designed puzzle joint. The materials used are food-compliant.

Selbstklebende Gummiprodukte
Ob zur Erleichterung des Produkt-Handlings, Montageaufwandes oder für den dauerhaften Einsatz: Durch unsere Expertise in der Elastomer-Klebetechnik haben wir für Ihre Anwendung die optimale Verklebung. Jedes Material hat unterschiedliche Anforderungen und reagiert dementsprechend anders. Daher ist bei der Auswahl der geeigneten Selbstklebefolie einerseits der Werkstoff entscheidend, auf dem die Selbstklebefolie aufgebracht wird, andererseits der Untergrund, auf dem die Selbstklebefolie haften soll. Zusätzlich werden dabei die spezifischen Einsatzbedingungen und Anforderungen, wie z.B. FDA Konformität oder hohe Temperaturbeständigkeit, berücksichtigt.
