Bessere Handhabung: Neue Ausgießer für Kanister

In a multi-stage development project, we designed and optimized a new pouring spout for jerrycans. The goal was to generate a controlled airflow when the jerrycans were turned upside down, reliably preventing negative pressure and the typical "popping" effect. A total of around 20 different versions were developed, tested, and further improved. Crucial to this was the precise coordination of geometry and airflow to ensure a consistent liquid flow. The result is impressive: Compared to conventional pouring spouts, we were able to reduce the pouring time by up to 40%. For KTR GmbH, this once again confirms that consistent development work and practical testing significantly enhance functionality and user-friendliness.
