Injection moulding is the most efficient solution for manufacturing

process is highly reproducible and therefore ideally suited to large-scale industrial
production runs and technically complex components.

In plastic injection moulding, thermoplastic granulate is melted
and injected under high pressure into a precision-manufactured injection mould.
Once cooled, the result is a dimensionally stable component with
excellent surface quality.
