3D-printing
In Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM), thermoplastic material is applied layer by layer and built up precisely according to digital CAD data. This tried-and-tested additive manufacturing process is particularly suitable for functional technical components and large-scale structures. Thanks to our large-format 3D printing systems, we can produce components, enabling even extensive and complex geometries to be efficiently realised without tooling costs. This makes large-format 3D printing particularly attractive for companies that require rapid iteration cycles or wish to produce small batches cost-effectively. Depending on the application, we process a wide range of thermoplastics. Particularly for high-stress industrial applications, we rely on engineering 3D printing materials.
Plastic injection moulding
Injection moulding is the most efficient solution for manufacturing dimensionally accurate components of consistently high quality. At Pallentin Industries, we combine state-of-the-art machinery with in-depth expertise to deliver your injection moulding production runs with process reliability. The entire process is highly reproducible and therefore ideally suited to large-scale industrial production runs and technically complex components. In plastic injection moulding, thermoplastic granulate is melted and injected under high pressure into a precision-manufactured injection mould. Once cooled, the result is a dimensionally stable component with excellent surface quality.
Rotational moulding process
Rotational Moulding Our company utilises state-of-the-art rotational moulding technology, also known as rotomoulding, to turn your individual ideas and visions into reality. We focus on producing large-volume rotational moulded products where quality and precision are our top priorities. The rotational moulding process enables us to fill specially made moulds with plastic powder and heat it using a biaxial rotational movement. This causes the plastic powder to melt on the inside of the mould and form the desired hollow body. After cooling in special cooling stations, the finished plastic part is carefully removed and prepared for further finishing. With our many years of experience and our extensive expertise in plastics processing, we can guarantee you first-class results.
