Injection Molding

Our production facility currently has approximately 2,300 injection molds in rotating use. Our experienced team is specialized in the production of small to medium lot sizes (on-demand manufacturing) and, consequently, in frequent mold changes. We are committed to high flexibility and efficient manufacturing using application-specific peripheral equipment, measurement, and testing technology.

Our Services:
- Manufacture of single-, two-, and three-component plastic parts and test specimens as required
- Realization and supporting of machine, mold and material samplings
- Sustainable reuse of regrind and regranulated plastics
- Surface finishing: painting, pad printing

Our Technology:
- 1K injection molding machines with clamping forces of 22–500 metric tons
- 2K injection molding machines with a clamping force of 150 metric tons
- 3K injection molding machines with clamping forces of 350 and 450 metric tons
- Production of shot weights ranging from 1g to 500g
- In-process testing and measurement technology from ZEISS, KEYENCE and others
