Compounding offers an interesting opportunity to adjust the property profile of plastics and recycled plastics to the requirements of the final product. By blending plastics and adding additives, fillers, and reinforcing materials at levels of up to 30%, we produce compounds that are tailored to specific applications.

Our Services:
- Development of plastic formulations according to specified requirements
- Production of compounds, ready-to-use and optimized for specific customer applications in
strand granulation process
- Processing of regrind material and recycled granulate
- Measuring melt flow rate, Charpy notched and unnotched impact strenght, colorimetric, UV-tests and moisture analyzing for quality assurance of compounds and plastics
- Glow-wire and ball pressure tests in accordance with VDE and TÜV product standards

Our Equipment:
- 2 twin-screw extruders, each with 4 gravimetric feeders
- 2 side feeders each
- Vacuum degassing
