Since our founding in Spechtsbrunn in 2004 and our specialization in injection-molded parts, our company has grown significantly. As part of our expansion, we have gained renowned customers such as Möhlenhoff, Berlin Packaging, and Heinz Glas. Our primary market remains Germany, but we also supply other European countries and even South America.

The Kunststoff-Netzwerk Franken e. V. (furthermore mentioned as KNF) sees itself as a place of exchange for companies allocated in the plastics industries branch. Our goal is to bring experts together and provide the opportunity for mutual exchange at the events of work groups and professional events. Participants use these gatherings to establish their personal professional network in the industry. Cross-company communication and business related exchange is the key for the companies and their employees to establish a wide overview over the developments in the plastics industry. All events hosted by KNF aim to boost / strengthen its members’ performances and therefore improve their competitive advantage. The network itself offers a variety of opportunities to increase the benefit for your company. We like to compare our idea of the network to a gym membership. MK3 Martina Klein is a supplier of custom-designed parts. We manufacture starting from a single piece. Our strengths lie primarily in grinding, EDM, milling, turning, and surface treatment, especially in high-precision manufacturing.

Recycling and Compounding! The company MKV Kunststoffgranulate has been involved in the material recycling of pure plastic waste and by-products as well as the compounding of raw polymers and the reprocessing and contract processing of regrinds and residues since 1960. Our main products are high-quality recyclates made from PA6, PA66, POM, PBT and PESU, but all other thermoplastics are also possible. Our particular strength lies in consistent quality and continuous production control. When producing plastic items, processors generate production residues and waste, such as sprues or scrap parts. During the material recycling of industrial production waste, these production residues are collected according to type, ground and reprocessed, so that a new, reprocessable plastic granulate is created, which meets the requirements of the market and also saves CO2 emissions compared to virgin material and thus, in addition to pure reuse, makes another important contribution to environmental protection. Recycled materials are not virgin materials, but can replace virgin materials in many applications and save CO2 emissions. The MKV recyclates are used for the housings of power tools such as drills or angle grinders as well as for various applications in the automotive sector.

Moellering is a medium-sized family business, which focusses on producing and distributing rubber and plastic products. While plastic products are produced through injection molding at the sister company TSW in Bielefeld , Moellering focusses on processing elastomers and on vulcanizing rubber molded parts. Both companies - Moellering and TSW - can be found on one joined fair stand! Ornamin GmbH & Co. KG, based in Minden, is internationally well known as a specialist in the finishing of plastic films. Decades of experience in the printing of plastic films and papers made Ornamin products being established in many different industrial sectors.
