Based in Pirna, 1st Mould GmbH has been a provider of rapid tooling services for over 20 years and specializes in the efficient production of precision prototypes, pre-production runs, and small-batch runs of plastic parts using injection molding.
We offer a complete service ranging from technical consulting and design to the construction of aluminum molds, injection molding of components, and quality control. All process steps are carried out 100% in-house.
Using modern CNC milling technology and original materials, we produce high-precision components for industries such as automotive, medical technology, and electronics. 1st Mould excels in the rapid implementation of customer-specific requirements, such as 2K, insert, or micro-injection molding.
