Woodcomposite Sweden AB
Bio-PP wood fiber filled
Woodcomposite Sweden AB produces bio-based and environmentally friendly wood composites (NFC = natural fiber composites) made from waste materials, which represent a climate-friendly and sustainable alternative to petroleum-based plastics.
The wood fiber reinforcement comes from waste generated during the processing of FSC®-certified Nordic wood (primarily spruce) from sustainably managed forests. The bio-based plastic polymer consists of chemically recycled (and ISCC+ mass-balanced) polypropylene (PP), which is obtained from residual and waste streams from vegetable oil production.
The bio-based plastics are available with either coarse or fine wood fibers. The look and feel of these materials impress end customers at first glance!
You can choose between variants with high flexural strength or softer blends with outstanding tensile or impact strength.
• Biobased PP with natural fibers
