Mechatronics engineer / electronics technician / electrician (m/f/d)
As a Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) at SchoPlast Plastic GmbH, you ensure the reliable operation of modern production facilities at one of Europe’s leading companies for duroplast and thermoplast processing. You are responsible for the maintenance and servicing of machines, electrical equipment and systems, as well as the assembly of mechanical, electronic and electrical components.
In addition, you plan and control workflows of mechatronic and electrical systems, analyze malfunctions in plant operation and resolve technical issues. Working closely with other departments, you make a key contribution to equipment availability, process reliability and efficient production.
Your tasks are:
• Maintenance and repair of machines, plants and systems
• Manufacture mechanical, electronic and electrical assemblies and components
• Planning and controlling workflows and processes of mechatronic systems
• Analysis and elimination of malfunctions and errors in system operation
Your profile:
• successfully completed vocational training and/or long-term experience as a mechatronics engineer
• Experience in setting up, commissioning and maintaining mechatronic systems
• Safe handling of electrical and electronic components
• Enjoy analyzing and solving technical problems
• Careful and reliable working methods coupled with a high standard

Plastics Technician (m/f/d)
As a Plastics Technician (m/f/d) at SchoPlast Plastic GmbH, you play a key role in the serial production of plastic components at one of Europe’s leading companies for duroplast and thermoplast processing. You are responsible for setting up, operating and optimizing injection molding machines, defining setup and process instructions, and validating process parameters to ensure stable and efficient production. In addition, you analyze and improve processing workflows, resolve production issues, lead sampling and process optimization teams, and support the introduction of new products, materials and manufacturing methods. This role combines hands-on injection molding expertise with responsibility for quality, processes and teamwork in a modern industrial environment.

Quality Assurance / Quality Management Specialist (m/f/d)
Your tasks: • Analysis and optimization of error sources in the production process • Implementation of the requirements from the ISO 9000 series of standards • Carrying out internal and external audits and creating process descriptions • Independent implementation of optimization processes within the department and in collaboration with neighboring departments • Complaint management and customer contact • Dealing with various software systems such as ERP, CAQ, BDE Your profile: • Completed technical or economics degree or comparable technical skilled worker training in quality management with knowledge of plastics processing • Additional QM qualification and/or auditor qualification according to ISO 9001 - further training is possible • Knowledge of using CAQ software (test plan creation) desirable • Analytical thinking and independent action • Communication, contact and conflict skills
