The presses range from 40 t to 500 t and we are able to inject MATERIALS such as ABS, PBT, AKROLOY, APEC, ARNITE, ASA, DELRIN, GRILON TSV0, GRIVORY, HOSTAFORM, HYTREL, IXEF, PA 6, PA 6.6, PBT, PC, PEEK, PET GF, PMMA, POLYCARBONATE, POLYETHYLENE, POLYPROPYLENE, POLYSTYRENE, POLYURETHANE, POM, PP, PPS, PS, PS CRYSTAL, SOFT PVC, RIGID PVC, SEMI-RIGID PVC, PC/ABS, PPSU, TPU, TPE, PPA, SEBS, BIODEGRADABLE PLASTICS and to process Duroplast materials. We are able to realize items in multi-component, bi-material, plastic-metal and plastic-rubber-metal overmoulding, plastic items with inserts. We also respond to the most diverse quantitative needs, from small quantities to large series. Injected components in different thermoplastics materials
With our 150 presses, we inject technically complex components in high production quantities for: hydraulic pumps, small household appliances, electromechanics, automotive, lighting, electronics and heating/cooling technology areas. We use the most important thermoplastic and technical materials. Thanks to the in-house ternal mould workshop and the design and development department, customers are constantly supported and their needs are met, including co-design and industrialisation.
Thermoplastics injected components
With presses between 50 and 250 t, we manufacture components with a weight between 0.15 g and 350 g, with maximum dimensions of 280x200x80 mm. We meet the requirements of both small and large series. We process the most important thermoplastic and Duroplast materials. We produce components with high added value also in biodegradable plastics with our own and external toolmaking.

We supply high-quality technical moulds for injection moulding of thermoplastics materials to companies sectors such as automotive, medical, electrical engineering, small household appliances, hobby, cosmetics and other.
