Products & services
Kunststoffspritzguss
Both single-component and multi-component parts are produced in our plastic injection molding facility. When combining multiple components, we overmold inserts such as threaded bushings or screws and assemble them precisely according to your specifications. Our capabilities are complemented by pad printing, ultrasonic welding, and mechanical processing
Stanzbiegetechnik
One of our core competencies is the production of stamped and bent parts using precision tools, which are manufactured in our in-house toolmaking department. Depending on the batch size, we realize your requirements either semi-automatically or fully automatically on modern stamping and bending machines.
Formen- und Werkzeugbau
Short distances and top product quality are key to our customer satisfaction. Our toolmaking is essential for precision and quality – from design to the finished product. With development, toolmaking and production all under one roof, we ensure fast response times, maximum process reliability and consistently high quality. “A good tool is half the work.”
Montage
For small series, we assemble the components by hand; for medium quantities, semi-automatically; and for large volumes, of course, fully automated.
